Delta MQMs...help me decide...

Dropped to plat for 2024 after 10+ years as a diamond, do I:

1. Convert my MQMs to MQDs and get diamond until Jan 2026 but have to earn for 2027

2. Extend guaranteed platinum status to Jan 2028

Travel plus credit card spend probably gets me to platinum going forward... Not likely diamond.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

There has to be a point where focusing on minute details generates diminishing marginal returns.
