Did anyone get their salary restructured during the latest appraisal cycle? To my surprise, my basic and HRA were increased so much leaving the FBP component very less. Infact, FBP was halved when compared to previous FBP. I'm just worried the hike that I got might end up in tax and PF contribution itself.

Is there a possibility to request a salary restructure?
