Did I get ghosted? A recruiter told me last Thursday they'd send me job details while on a call. We hung up and later that afternoon I sent my resume via linkedin since I wasn't sure they had my email. Have not heard since and it seems like my linkedin was unopened. I've been ghosted a lot.... but typically it's after they submit me not before

Maybe, I really can’t say anymore. Have also had my fair share of ghosting, but usually later on in the process! LIkely they did just forget, got caught up with something else etc. Try to reach out again sometimes and see if you can give a professional nudge about it.

It's possible you've been ghosted. It's a common mystery with recruiters, they appear out of thin air, talk a good game, get someone interested, and then vanish. It's honestly kind of weird. I wish someone would write a well-reported book on the recruiting industry, I'd love to understand what in the world is happening on their side of things.

How do y’all deal with people at work who are stuck on stupid? Like they have no idea what they’re talking about and they REFUSE to learn. It’s like they have a god complex or something even with proof, maybe bc of their tenure at the company? Even if there’s valid data backing up that they’re wrong. Maybe it’s bc I’m a type 8 enneagram, but it frustrates the hell out of me!
So any advice would be lovely :)
