Hmm, these numbers are surprising. I’m at 140k for 1,800 second year, which seems very reasonable. I started at 120k for 1,700.
It’s basically 20k for 100 billables. So theoretically, if I wanted to bill 2,100 and have no life, I would be at 200k, which is right on par with a lot of the raises we are seeing recently.
They’re not a “good firm” they’re not well respected among the biglaw community and while they are amlaw100, everyone understands they’re not as reputable of a firm as their peers
Facebook (Meta) I’m applying for govt affairs positions at FAANG companies. Any advice as I apply? I’ve already tried reaching out to recruiters on LinkedIn with no luck thus far. TIA! Google Facebook AmazonAppleNetflix

The Wal-Mart of biglaw. Everyday low salaries.

Super low.
I’m talking 110 lol they’re a big law firm that’s not a biglaw firm…
LB is in line with the pay at an okay insurance defense firm…so everyone stop pretending like it’s a vault 20 firm…
2 dollars. Jk but something absurdly low I’m sure.
They started me at $90k... RIP. But I'm in my second round of interviews at an actual big law firm. Pray for me lol.
What group are you in AA2?
Otoh, at least one person from my class (‘16) is already partner there
Who?
I’m not sure if they did for everyone, but they did for some practice groups.
