Hi Anyone working atos for manulife/John Hancock insurance client. How's it in terms of work life balance, avg yearly hikes, growth and onsite opportunities.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Or how much should I be making? Appreciate your help

I have 7 YOE and applied for a position that is L4. I feel as if I’m overqualified for the position, but the Recruiter told me that when they say L4, they are actually looking for someone with 6+ years of experience. Is this true? I feel like I should be looking at L5 with my experience

Recruiter shared post on-site feedback and she mentioned that she would like to do the team match and do 1-2 additional rounds of interviews because the feedbacks now are borderline and have a very low chance of HC. How is the price of equity calculated while giving an offer? Is it the price as of date?

If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads. I started lead a team of 3 about a month ago at my current job and don’t want to lose leadership experience but have been told my YOE would map to a Program Manager level at Google.

Almost a week with On-site interview and it’s been a radio silence from my recruiter. Should I reach back to them or is it normal? Not at all impatient, just trying to know what’s the norm.
