Anyone feel like your job sees you as "one of the good ones?" It hasn't explicitly been said, but I'm one of the only Black attorneys at the firm and I think my white colleagues and partners see me as an example of how Black folks "should be" cause I mind my business. I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

I have a good belief to believe I, and others of my kind are being systemically discriminated against at work. There was a particular incident recently that affected me. I am the in house employment counsel for the company - and now feel like I am in a weird position. Can I file an EEO complaint against my client, or do they just get to do whatever they want to me?
