Locals love to see someone from their own town succeeding or finding out something inspiring.

I am a firm believer that this will not change for a long time, local TV will continue to live as long as we stand for it.

I used to be one of the main journalists for Spanish media, but since I moved to Miami I feel the general passion for soccer is very different 🥲 The energy and commitment are not even close to what I felt in Spain, where some businesses would close if the match was too important. Why does NBC News pay incredibly low wages? There are people with 5+ years of experience and many went to ivy leagues making $20 - $26 an hour as full time employees… What is going on?

One of my direct reports has asked about going part time. They currently manage special reports in a bi-weekly publication, working closely with sales, freelance writers, and an internal designer. Job duties are primarily project management and editing/proofreading. As the first read on articles, they need to have an understanding of the material (business/regulation). Has anyone had experience with job sharing in this type of a role?
