Disappointed by last-stage rejection - Infosys

Review:
Cleared technical and managerial rounds for a consultant role, but rejected at HR stage due to experience from Wipro’s M.Tech program (2015–2019) not being backed by PF. This was a full-time, structured engagement clearly mentioned in my application. Surprising that it was flagged only at the end. Disappointing to invest so much effort only to be rejected on a technicality that could’ve been addressed upfront.

I am looking for Workday Finance Functional roles outside India, mainly Singapore. I m certified in both Workday HCM and Finance. I have over 5 years of experience with 4 years in Workday out of which 2+ years in Workday Finance. Please provide any guidance you can.

I'm a non-traditional CD analyst working in a niche industry (gambling)

My experience is as follows: BIG4 Audit > FP&A (CPG) > CD analyst (1 year)

I like my role (sourcing, modelling and strategy integration), however I don't see myself working in this industry long term. Without a generalist IB background, are my chances of transitioning over to a different Industry low? If so, is there anything I can learn or do (excluding IB)?

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

Hi all, i am selected in Infosys and offer got released and everything is finalized. Now from Infosys bg practice they asked for "Abbreviation for initial" i just reverted back to them... Will this be an issue in joining... Won't this BGV completed before releasing the offer letter.. is there any phone number i can speak to them or will I get any updates after successful completion of BGV... Need your inputs on this..
