Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. I don’t have a degree in finance or accounting but the more I learn about finance the more interested and excited I become. Is it possible to land a financial analyst position with only 6 months of experience in audit? I tried to stick it out w/ B4 but I don’t think I can do it anymore. I’m interested in duties like budgeting/forecasting, but haven’t come across very many entry level positions. I’m mostly seeing entry level jobs that are called “financial analyst” but include duties like JE/reconciliations. I don’t have SQL/Tableau experience either... so not sure if I just need more experience in a diff role first?

Im jumping in to make everything work. So, I am thinking of returning to my background with spreadsheet gymnastics and project management.
