Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

It depends…I think a lot do. But also, a girl that got hired at my old job has had many jobs that she was at for less than two years. And I recently got hired at a new place and I had less than two years at my previous job. But also, this new job is a huge step up so that’s a good reason to leave before two years. Every situation is different. It’s all case by case.
We just fired someone in their probationary period because he was an absolute a*****e, his resume was filled with short-term jobs (4-12 months)... you bet the hiring manager will be steering clear of resumes filled with short-term gigs from now on.
If they’re all promotions then seems like good reasons, if not then just seems like job hopping and wouldn’t give me any confidence that employee would be any different this time around
What do you suggest I say to overcome that concern, if all the jobs are indeed same level?
I’ve been at my current role a little over a year and a half (started January 2023). Is that “good enough”?
I think so. Especially if you are early career and won’t require a ton of specialized training.
I tell new hires that I expect them to stay for at least two years before I’ll help them move elsewhere in the company. It takes 4-6 months to really train someone on my team plus 2-4 months to hire, so this seems like a reasonable ask.
This is very handy wavy though- I just helped my #1 developer move to a higher level development team within my company with 1.5 years on my team.
It’s more about overall resume. Nothing but under 1 years, probably going to pass. A few longer stints but current job is less than a year, that’s fine. So over a year at current employer, it’s probably fine.

I dont really care how long they've stayed with a specific company if they have a good explanation for why they're jumping around
