Do we not get Joining bonus and relocation for Deloitte India? The HR is straight away telling me no. They are asking me for Delhi/Bangalore but no relocation and 11 lpa. Is that a lowballed offer? Consultant for DPT/ IAM. 3 yoe.

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify
