Blessing. I would do anything to work with intelligent coworkers. They don’t stab you in the back and you can usually learn so much from them. I worked with intelligent people at a previous firm and LOVED it. The culture was so collaborative and conducive to meeting the teams goals. I mean the truly intelligent ones are like this; the ones that are fake in like they pretend they know a lot but aren’t willing to teach etc - I’m very skeptical of them. I don’t think they are smart, they are faking it.
As long as you bring something to the table, you want a team of diverse value adds! The more the merrier as long as everyone has a shared goal in mind and is willing to work hard.
Blessing - if I’m the smartest person in the room, I want to get out.

Blessing as long as they are low ego and don’t talk down to me

Blessing as long as they are there to help and don’t look down on others
A blessing. But not going to rely on them to do everyone’s job. It’s also an opportunity to coach them in the direction they want to go for their next opportunity.
If they are at my level it’s a risk and threat to promotion. If they are below me it’s a blessing because I can give them my work as a “learning opportunity”.
