I'm right there with you. I also have split days off so all of my time off is been running errands and doing laundry and keeping my life together so I can go right back to work the next day. It's like I'm never actually off work. I don't really have any tips for having to manage it because I'm struggling with that myself.
Oh that sounds rough! That would definitely be hard to manage.
Pretty much every time I have one. I have all these grand ambitions about everything I'm going to get done. And then the actual day rolls around and I can't find the energy to drag myself off the couch.
It's brutal.
Exercise. I used to work 50-60 hours a week as a GM for a high end brand. Massive flagship store over two floors with 20 staff. 6 day weeks were normal and I managed to do that for 8 years and going to the gym saved my life, mentally and physically. My general energy sky rocketed and was a lot more active and up for being productive, even when I was exhausted. I also did a year of going out a lot after work when I was single and even though it was aLOT of fun but wrecked havoc on my body and mind
I'm going to try it!

It is really hard to turn yourself off from a job like this because a lot of conversations stay with you. I guess you will attain that level eventually with practice.
