I have an extra thick Gaiam mat that got me through both pregnancies. Also use all of the props you can! Yoga bolsters and extra blankets under my knees saved me during prenatal yoga.
I love my manduka pro. Got it during Covid and it’s still going strong. Used it throughout my pregnancy. Also used a yoga mat as my desk chair a little later in pregnancy. It sometimes felt better to sit on the ball.

This is the one I got on Amazon. Look like manduka pro 6mm 71”. I’ve also used this in hot yoga and had no issues. It’s been through a lot!
I love the jade cork yoga mat, use it for hot yoga, mat Pilates with all the props so I think would be good with a ball on it for sure. Not as cushioned as some but no slip and doesn’t get gross.
