Do you have prayer rooms in your office? We never did, and after I asked for one to be specified for myself and other Muslims in the team, they were nice enough to accommodate the request. However, this room is treated like a storage room for all sorts of garbage and unwanted things, and I don't feel like it's a private, clean, or quiet space. If I brought this up, would I be asking for too much? It's really not my fault that most of my day is spent in the office. I'd be happy to pray at home!

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
