Do you have to deal with people who are openly opposed to DEI in the workplace?

It’s so interesting to me how they are openly opposed to equity and brazen about it. Some of things I’ve seen as “feedback” to DEI sessions is astounding. Are those people lost causes or is it even worth engaging with them? I’ve got to the point where I just wave them off because I’m not wasting my breath or time.

It has become such a big political talking point on the right that you will run into people who can't shut up about it. We've gone from people yapping about critical race theory, to "woke," to DEI. And there is a school of thought that DEI is going to be one of the major issues in the November election, so brace yourself for that.

Healthcare corporations… please note you have more then 1 shift of workers. You have 3 most times, each shift has to be treated equally. This is and always have been an issue, and you cannot figure out why the other shifts refuse to be active and participate in anything and definitely not engaged anymore.
