I always do, makes me disconnect from technology for a while
I don't. I have an extensive book collection, but reading on my Kindle or the Kindle app on my phone is just so much more convenient, especially when I'm working out. I like reading while I do the elliptical and doing so is borderline impossible with a physical book.
I prefer reading on a kindle. I can adjust the font and brightness!
Absolutely, I’ve never been able to commit to e reading. It’s exhausting and there’s nothing like the physical book. E readers take a lot out of what I love about getting to read, I have a large collection and enjoy having an actual library
What is it you find “exhausting”? It’s lighter to hold, you can have a whole library in your hands, easy to pack, easy to hold on the subway, and you can adjust it so it’s easier on your eyes. No eye strain struggling with small fonts, back lit when needed, even change the font to be more aesthetically pleasing!
No. I read a lot, but it’s all through the Kindle app on my phone. I’ve read 25 books so far in 2024!
Mostly physical but I love both
I do. My eyes get strained from looking at my phone or electronic devices so sometimes I prefer to just hold a book and read from that. I have a few on my nightstand and usually read right before bed. It relaxes me and gives me a chance to disconnect from electronics for the day.
I use Audible, unless the book is not available in which case I use the Kindle app.
Yea I only read physical
Yes! I don’t enjoy ereaders and bookstores are my happy place 😊 I love having full boon shelves in my home and holding a physical book in my hands. There is better feeling to me.
