Do you think companies should even be choosing between Agile and Waterfall, or should they just focus on what works for their team? In my experience, most teams are actually doing some mix of both, whether they admit it or not. I’ve seen companies do Agile ceremonies but still have strict Waterfall-style planning phases. Curious to hear how others have seen this play out.

up, I feel like the whole ‘Agile vs. Waterfall’ debate is kind of pointless now because almost no company actually follows one purely. Agile ceremonies with Waterfall-style planning? Happens all the time. I’d rather see companies focus on flexibility over forcing a specific framework.

I’m planning on getting my real estate license this spring! My biggest hesitation is that I currently live downtown Chicago and do not own a car. I really do not want to buy or lease a car as the area I live in requires a garage spot to park. Is it realistic to believe that I can be a real estate agent in Chicago if I rely on Uber/CTA?!
