Does a severance usually come with a lack of work letter? (Big4)

How many client billable hours (excluding probono etc) are you supposed to be billing per month not to be fired? I range anywhere from 130 to 200 hours depending on the month.

Was unexpectedly laid off after giving a startup 150% effort. Feeling pretty down and anxious given that I just moved into a new apartment — my rent increased drastically given how terrible the housing market has been in nyc (this occurred even though I moved out of Manhattan)… would appreciate any words of encouragements or kindness — feelings of imposter syndrome have been putting salt in the wound.
