How many of you are involved in share trading/Derivatives Trading apart from your current job? And how are you managing it? What return are you generating?

I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

I’m in PA school now but in the process of interviewing for what might be my dream job in medical imaging industry. If I get the job pay will start around 120k at a large company with room for growth. If I stay in PA school I will have around 120k in debt and will probably work in vascular surgery. Anyone do a lot of minimally invasive surgery and use blue light glasses? I’m wondering if they’ll help with the eye strain from staring at a screen doing laparoscopies all day.
