Does anyone else feel like the weekends go within a blink of an eye and before you know it your back at work! Oh how nice it would be to work 4 days a week and have 3 days off for rest!
Has anyone’s employer on here ever thought of offering this out to employees? Or anyone requesting to do a 4 day week?

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
