Does anyone else in their 30s feel like they're getting too old to make a career change? I want to switch specialties, and while I know 30-something is objectively young, I can’t help but feel like I missed the boat. Am I being ridiculous for feeling this way?

I am staying in the same field but one month left to getting a bachelors in healthcare management and administration at 63 years old.

Try being 62…

If you feel its the right move, you should. Many people have posted about career changes, people varying in age. I have been thinking about it too

Absolutely! I say go for it, better “late” than never!

I’m in my 40’s making a career change, you are never to old and it’s never to late.

IMO, you’re never too old! Do what you feel is best for you!

It’s never too late!

I’ve been in healthcare for many years, I started off as a medical assistant, got my bachelors in healthcare administration 2 years ago and I am now in management. I’m 38, single mom of 4. It’s never to late to make a change.

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.
