My contract is close to ending with a verbal offer on table to stay for 30k. I am looking for something more techanical in the engineering field that matched my abilities more. I took a temporary job as an attorney advisor at the SBA this past fall b/c it offered a regular paycheck, and my solo practice was suffering b/c of the pandemic. I like the work. I like working from home. Anyone have any insight into the possibility of this temp job becoming permanent. Did the SBA hire you permanently when your temp position ended? How did that happen?
