i have selected with 7 lpa in cts im getting 4.5. im confused to switch company or not im pretty new to the project in cts and i need to know this vodaphone they are mentioning like its vios(vodafone intelligent solutions). im not sure weather this is mnc or not. how was the job security. is it worthy to switch job.

I gave all the technical rounds at Walmart Global Tech Bangalore for Data Scientist position.
They gave the feedback after 1 week and said right now you don't fit.

I told them that my interview went great, I answered 80-90% of questions correctly and topics which I didn't know and I told interviewer directly (1-2 questions only)

They are saying interviewer told neither positive nor negative about the interview. I don't know why they are saying this
What should I do?

I have 2.5+ years of experience and working in Capgemini as Mainframe Developer for Bank based Canada region Development project. I have exposure in very strong technical skills and also very active in resolving issues. I'm a good to go person to take-up any challenge.
