What’s the question? Interpleader means the defendant acknowledges it owes some certain sum of money, but it is unsure to whom or in what proportion and so rather than waiting for the stake holders to duke it out the defendant deposits it into the registry of the court to be disposed of as the court/jury decides. Idk if this helps.
