Does anyone here act in any capacity as a religious leader/practitioner in addition to their work as an attorney?

LDS here, also coming from a large family of attorneys. For myself, I just teach youth on Sundays and Tuesday evenings, but the generation before me is in the thick of various religious leadership positions (bishopric, stake presidency, area 70’s) while maintaining their legal careers.

I worked with a guy who was also a rabbi. Not sure exactly what role he kept as a religious leader after going to law school because I’m not Jewish, but he was definitely a wise guy that was good to go to for advice.

Hi Fishes,

My current CTC is 8.71 LPA and overall experience is 4.9 years. I have an offer of 14.5 LPA. I am currently giving interview in HCL. How much should I ask from them? Does HCL have variable component and how much they pay of that?

I am looking for a balanced work life and job security so want to get in there.

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

3D printing. Industry on the uptrend, and most stocks still massively off their 2014 highs.

SSYS would be a 6x return just to get back to ATH, and has been flat for 5 years. It’s currently at the low end of that range. That tells me that the risk is low compared to the potential/likely reward over enough time. Using this kind of strategy was successful for me with crypto. What do folks think here?

Anyone have other similar investment ideas?
