Does anyone know if Amex platinum will have car rental coverage if I used a corporate code and called it a business trip? The code was with a previous company and while it has its own Insurnace, I won’t be covered since I don’t work there anymore + it’s not a business trip. (Have learned my lesson not to use the code anymore). I know for Amex you have to opt out of car rental insurance but not sure how it would work in this scenario

Seeing how 401k’s, ira’s etc..are mostly based in stocks. What happens if we have another Great Depression and the stock market crash’s. Even if you have Real estate investments, if ppl can’t pay rent like with Corona, that’s not really helpful. So what are other ways in addition to those mentioned is there to help secure you into old age?
