I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. I'll be in premium economy in an aisle seat. I usually take melatonin before bed and sleep on my side. Does anyone have suggestions for an OTC sleeping pill or pillow that actually works, or other advice for sleeping on a plane?

I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?
