Does anyone know what is the subpoena process to get the opposing party’s phone records in CA?

Have you tried asking for it via Request for Production of Documents to opposing party?

Depends whether your case is federal or state, but for federal FRCP 34 outlines the process. Parties to the action do not get subpoenaed, you simply requests the documents from the party directly. If it’s in their possession, they turn over or otherwise object. You may also subpoena the phone company directly and must serve courtesy copies of the subpoena on opposing party. Would also check local and judge rules in the jurisdiction where you’re serving the subpoena for additional requirements.

Hi fishes,
I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation. I didn't hear anything from HM after that. When can I expect to receive an internal offer letter? Should I contact HM to know about the status ? Please provide some insights. TIA :)
