Be careful. HBRticles allow you to go deep down the rabbit hole of amazingly wonderful thought exercises, but you have to think about it via a practical lens: is what you're reading going to do more than simply inspire you and directly translate into the types of results you are hoping for? Unless it involves some massive sea change exercise, the answer is generally no. Nevertheless, this is not to say that on a team or individual level, there aren't practical use cases which are beneficial — there definitely are. For the amount of value one could glean from the articles, though: is it worth the cost? That's only something one could answer on a more subjective level.
When I was doing my MBA they had curated articles from HBR which were great, but most articles (at least the new ones) I’ve seen have been garbage. I’d recommend some of their books of curated articles though.
