You’re not gonna get toned by wearing ankle/wrist weights. “Toning” only happens by lifting heavy weights + having a healthy diet. I’d encourage you to find 20-30 min where you can strength train consistently at home (all you need is two-three heavier kettlebells if nothing else is available). I also work from home and have a toddler at home, it’s all about prioritizing our time, you got it!
