We are assigned 50 cases a quarter and the top attorney clears $25K each quarter. This is my first time working at a PI firm. Can anyone share any guidance? Is 2.5% industry standard? Hi all, new-ish associate here at a Virginia firm - quick question: if a pleadings filing deadline for a GDC case ends up being on a Saturday or Sunday, does that mean that it can actually be filed by that following Monday since the court and clerk's office will be open then?

PI/med-mal associate in my 7th year in a small firm in the Cleveland area - my total awards to date are over $11M on cases I’ve been the primary mover, and I typically am getting $1.5M a year in total results. Does that sound like too little for my experience level in this field? Fees are easily 4x my total compensation.
