Compgauge has all of these in the top 11 for their best companies for tech sales rankings (ranked 8, 9, and 11 respectively). They all look to pay roughly the same ($300k+) per compgauge...
Background: Currently an enterprise AE, 12 years experience. Want to break into Big 3 cloud providers.
Is one of these 3 the clear cut best option for AE’s? Would be happy with any tbh.

At smaller firms and at higher levels at bigger firms, that data is too easily disaggregated - e.g. if there are not many SMs or partners that are women of color, it would be too close to just publicly releasing their salaries
Huron, that is a valid point. OP suggested releasing average pay, and being able to use that to determine an individual’s salary puts that individual at a disadvantage in the job market. If you are interviewing with my firm and I can basically deduce your (perhaps underpaid) current salary from the DE&I report, I have an advantage over you in salary negotiations. Thus underpaid groups may be further harmed because their exit opps will then be underpaid accordingly. Perhaps if instead of average pay we released pay ratios (e.g., partners of color make 80% as much base and 75% as much bonus as white partners), that would resolve some privacy issues while still providing accountability?
