I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Gartner - 16LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

Anyone interviewed for DoorDash strategy/ops senior associate positions? What’s their salary band? 2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. 8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
2. Is Pre-Visit considered as a part of relocation, I came because they denied virtual onboarding .

Now my question i didnt take relocation package i was forced to come for onboarding.
