Yes
You mean the precious time you have to do actual work?
I don't know why that posted in 2 parts?
11 am?? I'm already 2-4 meetings deep by then.
As long as it's cleared by leads/PM. Never ever seen this happen though especially if it's a client site because it look incredibly lax if consultants stroll in well after client gets there.
Personally I'd prefer someone who isn't concerned about developing a set onsite schedule or how late they can get away with arriving at work. Having flexibility is one of the best skills a consultant can cultivate.
I vote no since it's not like the expectation i
S that we work 9-5
I agree with the 9-5 expectation not being there , if I'm working until 2am to complete the work needed , I'm going to come in at my own pace !
So my team lead gets to work around 6:30 but is always out by 3:30. Manager works relatively normal hours but they are both fine that I start at 10ish as long as I get my work done.
As a manager/ leader , who would you prefer ?
Someone who comes in at 8.30am but leaves sharp at 5 irrespective of work OR someone who is available as required and does all the work needed as per their own schedule ?
