What do you do to automate you lifestyle/remove decision fatigue to reach your health and fitness goals? For example: I meal prep so I know calories and macros of all my meals without having to count each time M-F (unless going out with friends/SO) and I run first thing in the morning the same 4 days every week. I’ve found that making healthy habits a part of my lifestyle and routines makes them easier to stick to and would love any additional ideas!

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

Has anyone experienced difficulties with speech/thinking through taking anti-depressants or from suffering with long term depression? I first started noticing difficulties in articulating my thoughts at university and my career in consulting has only made this more prominent. I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.
