Does Miami have any apps for subletting or short term rental only besides airbnb? I’m looking for a furnished studio on the beach or on the water somewhere with amenities.

I practice LGL. I plan on setting a meeting with my boss to discuss salary. I am coming up on a year in a couple months. I’m prepping for the meeting now. I want to put together a list of my duties, assignments, “wins,” etc. My plan is to have all of this on paper so that he will have a reference point and he can walk away from our meeting with all of the info I would like him to consider.
