How do I get better at sales?
Need to focus on sales pitch, presenting webinars and in general having a positive sales voice instead of a technical detail oriented one.
I've done toastmasters and I'm fine normally as an extrovert. But tend to panic and not do my best when it's a high stakes work related moment to clients. Internally at work with my office teams, I'm fine.
Not awful, but definitely room for improvement with regards to my public client facing persona.

I am a US citizen, working from last 5 years in IT company after completing my Bachelor degree in Engineering. My question is that will it really make a big difference in long run career, if I hold any Master degree ? I know these days companies follow skills rather than degree but still do company make preference for Master’s degree?
