No we do not but i would like to take a nap during the day!
My experience is this is not blocked out company wide but I have had leadership mention to block time on your calendar (manage your calendar) to support these initiatives. I block out time for daily walks or wellness activities.
Oh wow! I've never heard something like this before. Your leadership is the real hero.
No, we don't have that. But I think that would be a welcome change if they ever implemented it with us. It's a great opportunity to rest even for a few minutes every day.
Haven't heard of this myself, but I think that is a great idea. What I would do for a 30 minute nap every after lunch break. Wouldn't you?
We have this but usually over the weekends, once or twice a month. It's a good time to bond with coworkers but not many enjoy the "disruption."
Taking a nap is very normal at my company. We have a 15-minute nap time.
That is so unfortunate. I thought it was very common because my previous employers had this as well. This will help employees increase their productivity.
Yes. But only every Friday. We basically get the whole afternoon for ourselves.
Sadly, no. I haven't experienced something like that even before. It would be awesome to experience it at least once.
To be honest, it was the other team's suggestion. I don't know if the company would initiate something similar on its own.
We don't necessarily block out our time. We have the option to use our 30-minute break in between working hours or continue working and end 30 minutes earlier.
