Many young people don't consider supply chain management as a career option. In your opinion, why is the interest minimal, and what could make it more appealing?

I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?

I’m currently almost topping out on my salary at current company with no opportunity to progress. Can make good money for a while here, but new challenge is interesting to me. Struggling accepting I may have to cut my salary 10k-20k in order to do that…

IMO I’ve never seen more pharma jobs open. And I keep seeing so many people in non-pharma looking for new jobs... well, we’ve got them. What’s the disconnect? Why do you think people won’t make the switch?

Hi everyone can someone help me with how is the Work from office model being followed at optum..Are they allowing work from home also?

I give massive kudos to all the parents out there juggling work and home life. But it’s starting to feel like I pulled the short stick by not having a kid. Really struggling to pick up all of the slack from all of the colleagues that do have kids and feel like the expectation is that parents should turn off while the rest are working from 7am - 2am everyday to make up for it.

Work isn’t adding anything to my book. I want to make amazing stuff but clients, budgets & my creative director aren’t getting me there. & I can’t go to a new agency with a shitty book.
