Soft disagree here, especially for goals that take a long time to realize like financial or physical fitness. You can't just wake up and make it happen, but you can intentionally visualize every step of your goal.
I think they meant you have to take action as though you were that person. Work on your spending, consistently work out, dress for the role you want etc and you’ll eventually be that person.
Yea I agree, in order to be that *thing* you gotta just start doing it… over 30-90 days it will just start to become who you really are and no longer feel like effort, people around you will adjust as well
