Dumb question but can a global entry credit be used on someone that’s not the cardholder? Traveling internationally soon but not looking to get one of the ccs that offers the benefit

I’m struggling with an issue with a student right now. I teach in a suburban school outside of NYC that has a very large majority of white students. One of my Black students was recently involved in a biased incident with another student in which he received racist social media messages and racist spoken words from the other student. This was a kid that my Black student thought was his friend. He’s heartbroken, and so am I. I want to know how I can best support my student.
