FYI I am having 90 np.
This sounded fishy to me and I mentioned I will resign after getting the OL, so they delayed my joining acc. To that. Did I do the right thing?

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.
