Every delay gets blamed on production even when upstream planning changes weekly. I spend more time defending decisions than running the floor. How do you protect yourself in roles like this?

What is the range of annual stock refresher for Software Engineer II(62 level) at Microsoft, Bangalore?

Completed 4 rounds at @microsoft 3 were technical .. 4th was kind of AA where interviewer was senior and asked some normal questions(where do you see yourself in 5 years, greatest achievement).

What are the chances of getting offer from #microsoft ?

I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

Any nudge in the right direction would be appreciated.

Any particular segment of sales good for ex-finance?
