Every time I do a lecture and do the MCQ I get so discouraged because I feel like the MCQ are so different from the lectures. Is this anyone else’s problem? I’m using Becker and also supplementing with Universal because I’m more of a visual person and their lectures help me more, but I almost feel like I should just study the MCQ’s and not waste time on the lectures/reading. Is this anyone else’s problem?Don’t get me wrong I obviously do see questions from the lecture, but not all.

Hadn’t noticed this sub before, and most of the threads are old so thought I’d ask a follow up - how has everyone been handling parenting with public accounting? I’ve got a toddler and my wife is an accountant (industry), and we only have a few immediate family in the country- but they have health concerns. So Becker was supposed to charge me $600 to update for unlimited access since my account was due to expire in March. I called them in December to make payment. Now 8months later...they reach out to me saying they only charged $35. I just checked my bank statement and they are right but i don't have $600 sitting around...What do i do? Thoughts?

I only have Reg left. I failed it once before. For those who have passed Reg what were some of things you focused on? Also if you have any study tips I would really appreciate it, tax has never come naturally to me.
