Hi fishes,I have around 5.2 yrs of hands on exp in data engg. and able to clear service based companies interviews easily.Now I want to switch to product based companies as I am looking for some good work,good salary but I am not really strong in dsa as it's not part of my daily work.I don't really use trees and graphs as part of my daily work.
How shall I switch to product based companies considering DSA is their 1st round itself.what level of DSA can I expect from companies for data engineer position?

I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

It’s my 1st switch so please guide me. Hr from Siemens called yesterday to discuss salary they offered 6 and said we have this band only. I said I have an offer of 7.3 so atleast match this. Now I want to ask for joining bonus as its Work from office. Shall I wait for offer letter to come then ask or shall I call today itself before getting OL? Also I wanted to negotiate more for salary. The attrition rate in Infosys for last 3 quarters roughly accounts to 75% (20+27+28). With nearly 3/4 of the company moving out in last 9 months, the Infy management have never seemed to have learnt a lesson from it.
Still no compensation revision given for employees who have been associated for long term (Say 4+ years)
Folks - Is there any compensation revision planned in the near future... considering the after effects of q1 fy23 attrition rise ?
