The attrition rate in Infosys for last 3 quarters roughly accounts to 75% (20+27+28). With nearly 3/4 of the company moving out in last 9 months, the Infy management have never seemed to have learnt a lesson from it.

Agree on other things but your calculation is wrong. 27% attrition is quarterly so if it goes one more quarter with 27% then it become yearly 27%. A Company cannot survive when 75% employee left in a year
So let's assume all employees who left infosys last year are older employees (working with Infosys for more than one year) then if attrition is 25 percent then in 3 quarter 75 percent of the older employees left (considering infosys hired freshers which will maintain the employee count).
Other question is so what will be yearly attrition rate.
It will be average of 4 quarters.
What lesson?
Situation is same in all WITCH companies. They are strong enough to weather the storm
They bought in all newbies who fucked up the income tax portal..
Why should they revise compensation. They know people who are good enough to leave has left. Now people who are staying back are staying mostly because of the location constraints or because they could not get a better job. Why should Infy retain them, since they themselves are retaining themselves?
Hiring % for each quarter is above 30%
