Experience is one thing along with knowledge is key, but over the past 5 years plus it seems companies want a one man show. (Especially small to medium ones).
I know my limitations and skill set but that doesn’t mean I want to cram my head being a network engineer, server infrastructure engineer, email engineer, cloud engineer, etc.

I understand how they all intertwine, but that’s too much for me as companies want it all and their pay scale isn’t anywhere it needs to be.

That’s why I prefer bigger companies. Small companies really expect you to do it all, bigger companies tend to pigeon hole. Opposite problem but at least there’s no scope creep

Currently looking for an outside sales position in Massachusetts.

I have 7 years experience in sales. But I am relocating from North Carolina to Massachusetts.

Would anyone happen to know any great companies hiring?

A majority of my experience is in the logistics and logistics technology side of sales. I’ve been working remotely doing over the phone/ zoom demo sales. But I would love the opportunity to service my clients in person!

Considering a Product Owner role. Any best practices of what questions to ask during an interview? First phase deals with a virtual Teams interview with the recruiter and her manager on Tuesday.
