Hey all, this could be excessive but I actually find the fitness side of things pretty easy, whereas the nutrition side is much more difficult to maintain long term. Went for a pre-employment drug test yesterday. They never asked me if I was on any medications. I had to ask them and was told "oh yeah, just put any you may think make a difference in this text box." I put Xanax, Flexeril, and gabapentin. All of which are prescribed and used as directed. Now I'm terrified that I should have put ALL my meds, to including my psych meds. I've been sober over 12 years and never touched drugs (just booze) but I'm having a full blown panic attack.

So medication has been revolutionary for me. The last few months I have felt so much better / confident in doing my job. The last few days / last week I’ve felt like I haven’t taken my meds (I have lol) in that I haven’t been able to concentrate and the self-doubt has flown back. Any advice?
