Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

It'll depend a lot on your group. My group was super uptight around the "butts in seats" culture, which was a huge reason why I left. Other teams I worked alongside were more relaxed though. Generally speaking, there is a push to be in an office unless you're traveling or have a pre-approved reason to not go in. I'd budget for rent near an office + commuting time/costs for 3 days a week in evaluating the offer. Additionally, I do think your progress will be limited if you don't "show face" to some extent.
This is most firms, btw, and not just an EYP thing. Remote work has, for whatever reason, gone by the wayside, which is sad to see.
If I decided that I wanted to add value lto EYs business. I'd work in that office 7 days per week out of appreciation amd dedication to the tasks in hand. You are either in it to win it, or......
